The story
When I first saw 3787 E Little Cottonwood Lane, I knew immediately that it was the perfect opportunity to fulfill my dream of remodeling a cabin or cottage in the mountains. Little Gem, as it is affectionately called, embodies exactly that vision.
The only original element preserved in this home is the beautiful granite rock that surrounds the exterior. Everything else has been thoughtfully transformed into a modern English cottage-style retreat. Situated at the back of a vineyard, the home draws inspiration from its natural surroundings. The interior palette is light and airy, accented with soft blues and greens that reflect the landscape.
New windows flood the spaces with natural light, highlighting the limestone rock wall that evokes the timeless charm of English cottages. Stepping inside, it feels as though the home has been transported straight from the English countryside to the Wasatch Mountains of Utah.
Little Gem is truly nestled in one of the most desirable areas of the city for those seeking an authentic mountain living experience.
